“I have had a great time sharing the My Self Confidence school kit with my composite class on year 7/8 students. I have taught the lesson in the kit along with our schools' relationship and sexuality programme and it has really helped to reinforce some of the messaging from this programme. “I have used this with my class in conjunction with the Mitey programme that we started this year. My children really enjoy being able to help each other when they are feeling up and others are showing that they are low. It has also been helpful for the children who are feeling low to be able to express themselves without creating a drama. Things can be calmly discussed and solutions thought through together,”
