“A beautiful looking kit that was a great way to start the year and explore ourselves as individuals as well as our strengths as a class. Parents and students enjoyed the activities that could be done together and reading the letters was a really special moment for the children. Probably aimed a bit high for some of our Year 4/5 students who struggled with some of the concepts. They also found the booklet very difficult to write in with only small spaces for answers. I think it is more suite for Year 6-8 so wouldn't use it again with my younger students.”

How has this kit helped develop your student's self confidence? The videos pulling out what people didn’t like about themselves helped my class realise how to identify things they did like. There are definitely some kids who need to continue to work on their self confidence more long term

“There were aspects of this kit that my students found beneficial especially the charging station. This led me to helping a student that I wasn’t aware needed help. I did find the teaching guide more confusing than previous years to follow therefore some parts were missed. How has this kit helped develop your student's self confidence? I think that this kit helps students to see that they are not alone in feeling emotions - that it is something we all experience. Knowing how to get help or help someone else is empowering for them.
