How has this kit helped develop your student's self confidence? Students built confidence through hearing from others about their insecurities and how we all have them. Moreover, their self-esteem shot up when they received their letters from a caring adult.

How has this kit impacted your class community during covid times? It has been great for helping the kids self-awareness as it has been a struggle for some to reacclimate to class life. This has been a visual reminder to take care and take action to help ourselves.

How has this kit helped develop your student's self confidence? One of the children thought they could not ride a bike. They gained confidence to be able to bring their bike to school to practice for triathlon and can now ride very well and even down hill.

How has this kit helped develop Student-Teacher communication? Many of the students have identified that the teacher is one of their trusted adults. This is a positive and opened the chance for children to realise how mauch a teacher can support and help them.

“There are some very positive ideas and conversations The kids enjoyed the videos and the booklets. The display is very professional but very big - some of our classes don't have the wall space for it so we have stuck it on windows/ cupboards It took a large amount of time to 'unpack and understand' the process of the programme. We worked as a team and made a slideshow so all the 5 classes could keep together.”

After such a disruptive few years, students have experienced some anxiety with the return to school. This kit helped us to connect to ourselves and one another. The journals are really well lai

The journal allowed me to share parts of myself with them and I think they really appreciated it. Students now feel more comfortable talk to me when they have a problem or are feeling off.
