Which kit components were the most impactful and why?
The feelings boxes, opened their eyes to how some of their peers were "feeling" about themselves, when they may not be showing any outward signs.
What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners?
Positive affirmations, and students knowing their strengths, as well as having a quick visual reminder of the strengths their peers see in them, perhaps when they struggle to recognise it themselves.
In what ways has this kit helped develop student confidence
Sharing daily positive comments or affirmations of observed strengths in their peers really helped them to realise they do have lots of different strengths. They also knew that if they were having a bad day, they could revisit their previous comments of their peers, for a 'pick me up'.

The students know their peers will support them if they try something difficult and don't "get it" first time, rather than make fun of them for failing.
