1. I never understood the importance of saying sorry. Now I know how it makes me feel but more importantly how it makes others feel. 2. I love the charging station and reminding myself that sometimes I need to ask for help and not always be the rescuer.

The cards led to great discussion and the books were highly valued.
What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners?
Thinking about others, showing empathy and putting themselves in other peoples shoes. The most powerful thing we focussed on was saying sorry with sincerity, understanding 'why', and fixing what might have gone wrong. Everyone grew in confidence when they learned the effect their words and actions had on others for the positive.
