Good knowing you can express your feelings with tokens and no one else had to know. I didn't use the recharge mat, but it could've been good for someone who needed to recharge. I didn't use the cards on the wall. It was fun and relaxing to fill in the info in the booklet. The mat was comfy. The tokens were useful. The teacher would know how everyone was doing. The mat was good, but not used much, it was more for having a comfy seat. The cards were good because they could occupy some time while you read. The red card was useful so the teacher would know what was wrong with you and why you were like that.
