“Excellent unit. Students related well to the content, & enjoyed being able to 'check' in each day & reflect on how they were feeling. Many used the cards & reached out if they required support. We enjoyed the activities in the booklet, & many of the tasks helped to explain aspects of the topic well.”

Please provide 2+ examples of student voice on the kit's impact on them A nice way to write some beautiful words about my family and the people in my life. I shared some moments in time with the people close to me.

Which kit components were the most impactful and why? The letter to someone close to you. Had a go at this in our office at one of our staff meetings, was a beautiful sharing moment where we had tears, laughter and something we could take away for ourselves.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? The ability to share personal stuff, in a way that is not overwhelming.

In what ways has this kit helped develop student confidence Opportunities to share, talk, and realise we are not the only ones feeling like this.

“I got this kit thinking that it might reinforce the learning that we have done using the Zones of Regulation programme. Because it is quite a different programme, we haven't used it at the level that I was hoping. However, I do think it can be useful for students who are struggling to work through individually.”

Please provide 2+ examples of student voice on the kit's impact on them The children expressed that they liked the 'check in' - they felt seen and it was a good way to engage each day. It set a good tone.

Which kit components were the most impactful and why? Daily check in, as above. Letter from parents as well, so children could see their positive attributes from cargivers' eyes as well.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? Improved resilience, self confidence and regulation skills.

In what ways has this kit helped develop student confidence When children feel 'seen' they are more empowered to be themselves and trust in who they are.

Which kit components were the most impactful and why? The letter home worked really well for our age group. They loved sharing what their family / person had said and also they wrote a similar one home.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? FInding out about what their family put on the letters.
