Which kit components were the most impactful and why?
The letters from the parents had huge impact, the kids loved reading them and some of the parents said they think it's something that should be done regularly. The Charging Station was really popular and helped to intervene at times before things got too emotional.

Understanding themselves better and thinking about how they are perceived by others.

Realising their strengths, especially things that they didn't think were a strength before this kit. Knowing how their parents are thinking about them. The shrink and boost cards gave them good strategies to use.

How has this kit helped develop student resilience?
Some children are able to explain how they are feeling using the charging station as a neutral area. We have a shared understanding that we all experience times when we are frustrated and down and the different ways we can deal with these.
