Which kit components were the most impactful and why?
Understanding feelings through the signals from our bodies - something that group found hard to differentiate between different feelings (started with happy, sad, mad, embarrassed).Self check in - making a plan to help manage the feelings we had a different times.

Giving them some language to use when talking about themselve and their feelings.
