What did you notice about student engagement in the learning with the DIY World Records Kit? My students, in particular the boys, are very competitive and working through the DIY World Records was a great way to engage them through using their individual strengths as well as their competitiveness.
The students and I found this Kit a fantastic way to end the term. Engaging, fun and energetic all while learning. Thank you again School Kit for supplying such a fantastic Resource.

What did you notice about student engagement in the learning with the DIY World Records Kit? The students are ready and waiting!
I have previously emailed and sent this review stating in term one I didn't get a chance to implement the kit but I plan on doing the kit this term in term two. Sorry but with the get writing kit and a busy term I haven't had a chance.

What did you notice about student engagement in the learning with the DIY World Records Kit? I loved the formula as it was easy for students to direct the learning themselves and I got to be an entertained observer. Perfect to help gauge the KC's in action as well.
This resource really got the creative juices flowing in the classroom and the kids had heaps of fun creating world records and trying to smash other peoples'. It was also good as my whole class love the books and now they know what really goes into creating a world record!

What did you notice about student engagement in the learning with the DIY World Records Kit? Excellent student engagement and lots of different ways to make it work - group and individual work. My students loved the physical aspect of it e.g. creating interesting world record attempts and giving them a go.
My students were absolutely in love with this kit. Many of them had experienced it in the past and therefore were familiar with the kit. Their engagement was high and they had cool ideas. The only thing that we found challenging were basically teacher mismanaged a)I didn't allow enough time for it to be done really well and I am going to do it again at the end of this term and next term as part of our Statistics learning, b)we don't have many devices and this caused an issue with the creating of records as students weren't all able to use the internet to search on the sites suggested. The students and I all really loved the resources provided, both the digital and hardcopy ones. Thank you School Kit for all you do for us as professionals and for our tamariki - you are seriously a blessing in our education community!

What did you notice about student engagement in the learning with the DIY World Records Kit? First sessions were exploring stop watch, then they tried different ways to come up with novel challenges
Took a while for students to see that it wasn't about just them. After three tries , they became more innovative

What did you notice about student engagement in the learning with the DIY World Records Kit? It really ticked the box for my competitive students who like to sit back and not get involved.
Fantastic unit once the students got there heads around what was required. My class came up with a range of interesting and fun activities for all to attempt.
