How did the kit components encourage mathematical thinking for your students?
Students had to think about measurements - what was possible, likely or impossible. What measurement was most appropriate for their record. What mathematical language should be used to describe their record? Students had to use stopwatches/time telling to complete these activities. The importance of accuracy and clear instructions.

Most hops on your non dominant foot for 40 seconds while holding an egg in your hand.Having to use their non-dominabnt leg was challenging and holdingonto something securely, but lightly.
