In what ways has this kit improved students awareness of nutrition and healthy eating? We have learnt what each plant is and and it's nutritional value. The parents have fed back that the students are wanting to eat vegetables more since they have grown them.

What future learning opportunities have arisen from this kit? Children take their plants home and discuss benefits of eating vegetables with their family. Watch the plants grow and eat their bounty.

In what ways has this kit improved students awareness of nutrition and healthy eating? We discussed the health benefits of eating vegetables and looked a healthy food poster.

What future learning opportunities have arisen from this kit? We're still in the midst of this kit. After the holidays, I will be catching up with the kids about how their seeds grew at home. Planning to reinforce the needs of a plant, and then take the learning wherever the kids lead it.

We decided to reward kids who were trying new vegetables - and it was so nice to see ALL children get a reward throughout the study! At school, we tested a selection of veget

In what ways did this kit give opportunity for cross-curricular learning? We thorouglhy enjoyed engaging with weekly code in our writing time. Lots of science which tied in nicely with our edible gardens programme.

What future learning opportunities have arisen from this kit? We are going to replant our veggies and the children will continue to care for them and see the stages of the plant growth. The children have lots of interest in growing their own plants now.

In what ways has this kit improved students awareness of nutrition and healthy eating? We have been learning about how vegetables can come from plants and to give new foods a go.
