We have included the Little Garden Kit as part of our Term Inquiry Hauora Kai. We have written about healthier eating, 5+ a day, improving lunchboxes, read lots of vegetable stories, learned vegetable songs and poems and done vegetable art.

The seedlings themselves were quite difficult to identify initially but along with the use of Google students have all improved their knowledge and ability to identify vegetable plants.
