In what ways has this kit improved student awareness of nutrition and healthy eating? The opportunity to grow, then take home their wee plants was amazing.

How successful was this kit in promoting student ability to identify vegetables? I felt the personal names were a hindrance to learning the names.

“My new entrant classroom loved the opportunity to plant their little garden and watch them grow. It was super great to give out their wee badges too (I got my 5 year old's to tell me what a plant needs before getting a badge). The students especially loved the wee matching game that came with the kit...in fact my class this year have carried on playing with it.”

“Our Little Garden League kit was received with much excitement. The children all enjoyed the game. We planted the seeds and watched them grow in class. We also designed a larger pot and potted the seedlings into them. It coincided perfectly with our Plants and Seeds unit. The banner was a great addition to our class displays and artwork. Thank you very much!!”
