We are starting to explore the Nature space kit. It is so nice to have the children appreciate the natural history and aesthetics of the surrounding area. The tamariki have currently selected their nature space, taken samples, observed moon and star phases, tracked wildlife and have identified some issues/concerns to take their learning deeper and make a difference. We are excited by where this could lead... Watch this space!

This has been an amazing School Kit. It has fitted in so well with our relationships concept this year. The science has been excellent and our whanau (syndicate of 8 Y7/8 classes) have thoroughly enjoyed the activities.

Such a great resource. My students enjoyed planting the Kowhai and then we wrote about the experience. It encouraged us to utilise our Nature track and be more aware of sounds and how we feel when we go walking in Nature. We began to look at the Moon cycles in conjunction with Matariki and integrated Whakapapa into our Atua learning and will continue to use the resources. Nga mihi nui
