How has this kit impacted your confidence in delivering the new Aotearoa NZ's histories curriculum content? Given some additional contexts and ideas to explore; however, we don't have much additional time in the curriculum so it would require further exploration by teachers of the stories in the kit to see where these could align. We already had a rewritten curriculum incorporating ANZHC before this kit.

How has this kit motivated you to explore the history or your local area? Could you use this model? Yes, with adaptation - some of the students found the tasks a little more difficult to understand.

“Great stories; students were interested. Would have liked more time to trial this kit before reviewing - this year's curriculum delivery time has been greatly impacted with cyclones/strikes etc and a lot has needed to be condensed - I think this could be a rich resource to use throughout the year but I need some more time to explore it.”

How has this kit motivated you to explore the history or your local area? Could you use this model? I am motivated by the kit and the stories but feel I perhaps didn't choose particularly well for a first attempt at using the kit.

“It was very exciting receiveing the box and unpacking it. The photos and resourcess were incrediable. My class really enjoyed the lessons based on our area. We all learnt a lot which was great. The website was wasy to use and follow and I enjoyed the lessons.”
