How has this kit motivated you to explore the history or your local area? Could you use this model? One of the stories was local to us already. Hopefully this has encouraged the students to engage more with the history we have around us.

“This kit was perfect for my classroom this term. The box of hands-on materials was engaging for my students and many of the online stories were able to be interwoven to suit our specific topics. One of the stories in particular was very local so this tied in perfectly and meant the students could instantly connect with the information presented.”

“A great resource the website and links were easy to navigate for the students. Reading level was quite high and a bit tricky for some of my year 6 students but great for year 7-8. Lots of choice and really interesting information from different perspectives.”
