“Our learners were instantly drawn to this kit. They loved the hands on learning and experimenting with various electrical circuits. The kit had a great range, quality and I was impressed with the quantity of equipment. The copper tape was easy to manipulate and the progression of the activities in the book was appropriate. Unfortunately the buzzers didn't work, but this lead to the leaners being inventive and promoted problem solving. Thank you for another great kit!”
“This is the second time I have used this School Kit and it has to be one of my favourites. Extremely practical and hands-on, this kit definitely piqued the students interest in electricity and electrical engineering. This kit lend itself nicely to work within our STEAM programme and provide a 'launching point' for creating more complex circuits and using STEAM resources such as our Makey-Makeys.
The kit was well designed and after a few instructional lessons most of our Year 4-5 students could successfully complete their circuits. The one problem I found was that the electric buzzers were very difficult to attach and get to work.”

“The kit was great coming with all the parts nicely separated out. This is not an activity to run with your whole class all at once though. We tried with 24 year 5's to make the ice cream but they found it a bit fiddly and frustrating so switched to small groups after that. Unfortunately my school doesn't allow uploads of photos of students but we had a great time learning about circuits and batteries which lead to a wider discussion on sustainable energy sources.
