Using the ";charger"; allowed the children to become more aware of how they were feeling and if they needed to remove themselves from a negative situation.

How have the components within the kit helped develop your students understanding of what a respectful relationship is? The stories and the map really helped give students an understanding of what respect looks like.

“This Kit was a hit from the moment the Respectful Relationships chart went on the wall. The children were eager to find out what we were going to be learning about, and loved looking at the scene to see who they had missed the first time around. The Playlunch project was used when we returned from Lockdown. I think it made them take notice of who may not have had the nicest first playtime and they worked on including others throughout the learning experience. It is a kit we are planning on using in the new Year with new classes as it clicked with students. It was easy to pick up and teach from.”

How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? It has been able to bring my class together after so much we have gone through this year. They have shown so much growth in understanding themselves and be able to relate to or understand where someone else may be coming from.
