1. It was fun and very tiring. I loved that the gloves were cloth and not plastic. The posters we're cool because it said what we cleaned up and we got to glue rubbish on the sea creatures. 2. The gloves were really good because we didn't have to throw them away after. The big poster we filled out was really cool because we could fill in the information about the rubbish we collected.

The reuseable gloves and the big poster to fill in afterwards to record our findings.

We did this as a syndicate and there was approximately 5 full bags.
How has this kit impacted your class culture toward whenua ora (land wellness) and sustainability?
Since the cleanup, the children have said that when they see rubbish on the beach or out on walks they pick it up.

What was the most interesting piece of rubbish found and why?
We found a few interesting pieces, including a few pairs of almost new shoes, underwear, an almost full uneaten meal in wrappers. We were all very surprised by these items.
