How has this the kit influenced the way in which students speak to each other? This is a major component of my classroom from Term 1 day 1. The Kit has reinforced my expectations in this area.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? Some children hide their feelings and personal experiences in order to 'fit in' with the majority.

“This Kit dovetailed easily into my classroom term unit Personal Health and Wellbeing. The students were able to articulate what was needed (understandings, skills, attitudes) in order to maintain and enhance their personal well-being and development.”

“Loved this unit, especially the letters to the kids and the circular values challenge. We created personalised values for each kid on Canva and made a display with all the resources. It was so powerful.”

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? Everyone has different issues that effect their mood in the morning, so be kind.

“In our Y6 double class, we loved the Rise and Shine station and found our children got a lot of it. The trusted adult aspect of it was a good reminder for the children to go to if they needed help. We felt a few other bits were aimed at more Y7/8 students regarding self-esteem and body image.”
