Did you find the lessons on solar energy useful in improving the students understanding and interest in renewable energy?
How did students approach the car modification challenge, and what innovative solutions did they come up with?
Students struggled with this as they didn't go very fast without weights. They also just loved playing with them. There was lot of problem solving as some went backwards, and they had to work out why, and others wouldn't go and thy had to work out why, this took up a lot of discussion time.
