“This term, I had a fantastic time collaborating with another Year 5 teacher to teach the Vet School unit! The activities were engaging and full of learning opportunities. Our reading lessons centred on fairy tales, which captured the students’ imaginations. They then moved on to unplugged coding, where they sequenced the stories in a fun and creative way. In science, we explored TPR (temperature, pulse, and respiration) through hands-on experiments that allowed the students to measure their pulse and breathing rates. The case file activity was a highlight, where students shared their own pets' vet stories before diagnosing fictional patients. Thanks again for another wonderful kit that made learning both fun and meaningful!”

“Information was good and resources were nicely done. I found navigating the website to find resources a bit clunky/challenging. Students do not have logins to the Storykit online resources. It would be great to have some capability for students to be able to access the online resources rather than teachers having to download or make copies so that students can access them.”
