Yes, we used a Connected text from 2016 called 'What's Inside?' alongside the kit, which also helped.
Have you noticed a change in / has this kit challenged your students problem solving and critical thinking skills?
What feedback have you received from students or parents about the learning in this kit?
From our student reflection comments in the end of year reports: I also learned a lot about vets and how they help all the different animals. It was very fun when we learned about vets. I enjoyed doing the patient files with my group and learning how to do tests and figure out if the animals have a disease or not. I also enjoyed learning about the vet topic, my file was about a chicken. It was fun to learn about vets. I learned there are all sorts of vets and I learned that sometimes the vet goes to the address of the animal and the vet looks at where the animal sleeps and looks for anything out of the ordinary.
