What type of project did your class undertake? Greenspace Project, Water Based Project
We used this school kit in the senior room (Yr 3-7) to clean up our local waterways, skatepark and garden. The kit was great for reflection on the Christchurch earthquake volunteers and how we can continue this work in our local areas. The equipment and planning was excellent - very much recommend. Students enjoyed the off-site learning too.

I am unable to rate the kit because as yet I have not used it. It looks fabulous and my aim is to utilise the kit in T1 2022. I will be happy to provide feedback after I have used the pack.

What was the community impact of your volunteering project? We didn't manage to finish the Project yet, Covid Lockdown came at the very worst time for us. It was on track to finish though, and if all went to plan, the impact would have been the community had access to more learning devices than before.

This Kit helped to streamline the Inquiry process, for the teacher and the students. It made the process a lot less stressful for all involved.

School Kit is a great resource to have in the classroom, and one that I have used previously in other areas. The SVA kit had tonnes of support available and a well thought out plan. The resource fit well with our overall theme of kindness and making cards for older members of our society. Unfortunately due to lockdown we were not able to fully use this resource but look forward to exploring it further in Term 4. Thank you once again School Kit!
