What was the community impact of your volunteering project?
Our students participated in a range of community actions. Baking for the local volunteer fire brigade, raising funds for Huha and the Cancer Society, as well as Grandparents Raising Grandchildren and helping at Ngā Manu Bird Sanctuary. Students were able to reflect on the importance of volunteering within their community and that small actions can make a difference.
