We really liked having the sheets to fill out and the students loved getting to eat. We had to do most of it online for lockdown learning, and the ones who were able to participate at home enjoyed it.

Due to disruptions and massive changes in our school programmes and planning catch up with other areas, sports catch up and unit introductions, I wasn't able to teach with this kit this term. However I fully intend to use this kit next year.

This was an awesome kit. Manageable in a busy term 4 but children got plenty from it. They enjoyed cooking in groups and coming up with a substitute vege. The taste testing was fun and engaging.

Perfect for exploring creative ways to cook - and include veges in yummy stuff! The beetroot was by far the winner - sweetcorn and chickpeas not so much. We included this as part of a module on Nutrition and how to create more fibreful and less sugar treats. The New World Card and scales were just the icing ont he cake ;)
