There was alot of actions that were required of the tamariki, especially the recording of the information, the testing taken at meter intervals, the understanding that data can change even in that short distance.

To try and think of ways to reintroduce water life back into the stream, there was no watercress, no frogs, tadpoles, beetles or bugs at all in the stream.
