ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“Very good sleeves, helpful when kid is itchy during the night. Fabric is good too, previous sleeves which were smaller size lasted us a while and survived lots of washing cycles.”

“Bought for my child who has severe discoid eczema. Product is fantastic, even if child does attempt to scratch the silk mitt ensures not causing harm and breaking the skin. The sleeves fit neatly under or above clothing. My son can still perform tasks like picking up objects whilst wearing them which is brilliant. Would highly recommend.”

“The product quality itself is good. although I expected that the sleeve is one that you can turn open at the hand. as my baby will go nuts if her right thumb is covered. if you kid doesnt gas this problem it would be a good product”
