About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

We are constantly working on our product range. Please do get in touch and let us know how you and your little one get on with ScratchSleeves. We're always interested to hear your thoughts and ideas as every child is different and what works well for our children may need adjusting a little to help yours.

These have been a revelation for our son with his eczema. Prior to trying scratchsleeves, we'd used socks on hands and he soon learned to take them off (in addition to them being abrasive and damaging his skin). The silk mitts protect his skin even if he rubs it, and the fastening means he can't just pull them off. We do have some frustration with the velcro which soon wears (and catches other clothes when loose, or if it sneaks into the wash outside of a delicates bag). -the only reason for a drop of a star. I have recommended these to everyone I've spoken to, we have many pairs so that my son can take spare to nursery on days where his eczema is flaring and irritable. They allow him to get on and enjoy his day as when they're on, he doesn't think so much about scratching. We'd be lost without them!
