ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“If the strap was at the back I would give it 5 stars. We still put it on the other way but doesn’t look feel that great but works. Our daughter has pretty much stopped finger sucking.”

“Our 2yo had been scratching her face in her sleep while sucking her thumb. I’d tried everything to keep her nails trimmed or cover the scratch area, but nothing was helping and it was getting worse. Came across the Scratchsleeves and thought they were worth a try. She amazingly accepted them and her face started to heal immediately! I am absolutely delighted!”

“Excellent product the design of the cross-over sleeves is very good. They are more comfortable for my child and allow him more freedom to play. They help to stop him scratching and damaging his skin. I will buy this product again as it is invaluable to protect his skin.”

“Brilliant bit of kit. It took us a while to convince her to wear them but during a particularly bad flare up she actually started asking for them, and finally the skin shredding has stopped. A really soft, well made, high quality product. Worth every penny. We did have to go up a size as I forgot that everyone needs a little wiggle room, so do make sure you measure their arms with them pulled forward so you go right around their back, not just straight across like I did - whoops! This particular item is really good for the summer months when its hot - as you can combine it with just a vest/nappy. We will be buying more, and probably pyjama's as well.”
