The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“These pj tops are fantastic. Our little one suffers from eczema and we struggled when she grew out of babygrows to find a product suitable for her to ensure that she was both comfortable and also unable to scratch herself and make her eczema worse. We found ScratchSleeves and haven’t looked back. They are very soft and made from lovely fabric which is extremely important as some fabrics irritate her eczema. They are a great fit and the silk mitts mean that she can not scratch during the night. Our daughter loves them too.”

“The answers we had been looking for! Our LB (2yo) is allergic to all plasters and had a very small cut, but he kept scratching it so it kept getting worse and worse. We tried everything, the only thing he wasn’t allergic to was micropore tape and padding but as it wasn’t very sticky he could take it off too easily. These sleeves have made a wonderful difference allowing the odd little cut to heal properly. Wouldn’t be without them now.”

“Bought in advance for when our little one gets bigger. We have a smaller size at the moment which is great. Really nicely made - the material is smooth so doesn't irritate and very light so can still be worn on warmer nights. Our little one also likes the silky mitten parts on his face at night too.”

“It’s good quality and arrived quickly although it should have the option to be able to fold the mittens up should they need to use their hands for anything and my daughter had a hard time trying to hold her bottle”

“Has honestly been life changing for us. The constant scratching in the night of my son to a small sore on his face was causing daily worry. Scratch sleeves for a few nights have enabled it to start to heal. Wonderful.”
