ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“I can't begin to express how much I love all your products!! Before knowing about scratch sleeves my little boy would wake himself up in the night crying as he would scratch constantly making himself bleed. It was heartbreaking, we tried alsorts but nothing worked until we found out about scratch sleeves. Wearing the pj sets our boy now gets a full night's sleep and his skin isn't covered in scratches. It has really helped keep his eczema undercontrol. Thank you so much! PS we've also got the scratch sleeve 'sleeve' it's great for car journeys and to keep in his nappy bag incase he has a mad scratch moment when we're out x x”

“I'm sure this is a nice product - just not suitable for our son, as he can't has a very rare condition and cannot sweat, so although we wanted this to stop him scratching his eczema, he would overheat in this, given the reinforced hands and feet (cotton on the inside, silk on the outside). This was not clear from the pictures or description. The company were excellent at processing a refund quickly and easily - with a simple returns process.”
