The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“Fantastic product, I have noticed a huge change in her skin. My daughter has been suffering with eczema for a few years. Night time has been awful with her scratching her legs and arms, which then made the eczema worse. Now she wears these at night, breaking the itch/scratch cycle. Most of her skin is now clear, the scratchsleeves alongside the creams we use for her have been the near perfect combination. I am so very impressed and was glad these were recommended. Well worth the money for us.”

“Lovely comfy pjs which initially really helped our 3 year old daughter to reduce the damage caused by her scratching her eczema at night. Unfortunately they are now quite bobbly no doubt due to how frequently we have needed to wash them and the neckline is loose and wide even after tumble drying so it’s too easy for her to remove. The top also seems out of proportion as is quite short in the body so is constantly riding up in her sleep. I think we may need to try the dungarees next to stop her undressing and scratching until she bleeds. Overall a great product and service.”

“These pyjamas are amazing!! My 3 year old would scratch her eczema in the night, without knowing. We tried everything & then came across these! Theyre soft, comfortable and pink - a definite hit with my girl. After around 3-4 nights, we could see her eczema was definitely clearing up. She now has no red sore blood patches at all on her skin! Absolutely definitely worth every penny!! I only wish someone had told me sooner about these. You need to get your leaflets in Doctors surgeries or similar. Thanks so much for such an affective creation!”

“Very good quality and they have fulfilled their purpose of stopping my daughter from pulling her hair out - however there is no way that the sizing is accurate. She is the average height and weight of a 3.5 year old but the 3-4 size were absolutely huge She therefore can't wear the trousers and the top Ian a little big. Other than the sizing though - they have been great”
