ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“My son suffers from eczema on his head/face and scratches in his sleep, making it worse. Normal, cotton scratch mitts weren't working as he was still able to get some friction against his skin and it became more pink and inflamed. ScratchSleeves' soft, natural silk hand pockets mean that my son is unable to get any friction to scratch at all, and the natural fibres both in the silk mitts and cotton sleeves caused no allergy whatsoever. Shipping and delivery was fast, these have helped my son's skin to heal. I'm so happy we found ScratchSleeves!”

“Infant sizes do not sit on the shoulders as shown, so it would keep falling off. This product would be perfect if they would fix this big flaw.”

“Bought it for my son’s eczema (on face) but these scratchSleeves not helped him at all as he tries to scratch his face with them as well. No difference after using mittens or ScratchSleeves. Will not recommend for people who would like to use it for helping baby’s with eczema.”

“Love this product and they really work and stop our baby from scratching himself at night. The silk mitt parts are lovely and soft and stop him being able to mark his face from rubbing. The design is really well thought through in terms of seams etc so you can tell it’s been really carefully thought through. My only slight negative is that they seem to have worn quite quickly with the fabric getting a bit bobbly and the silk sections a bit worn, they still do the job though and I guess he’ll be into the next size soon anyway.”

“The gloves are good: they stay well on hands, feel comfortable, especially the silk cover. We use them every day for our baby every night. But unfortunately, the silk cover of one of the gloves I got was broken after two washes. Besides that, it would be nice, if there is a summer version. The ones we got are now warm.”
