The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“My baby has eczema so we been trying things left and right. We were constantly buff our baby’s nails and getting the baby gloves to prevent him from scratching himself. Baby’s nails grow super fast and his grip strength is crazy. He always manages to hurt himself somehow. I tried so hard to keep gloves on him. It was also a pain in the ass to search for gloves as they’re super tiny and gets lost often. After some googling for solutions for my baby, I found these sleeves! Took about 1-2 weeks for these to arrive with the coronavirus pandemic. They’re so much better than gloves because they stay on and are easy to find. They do not cause my eczema baby to break out. lso, I would recommend getting a week’s worth of sleeves if you have babies since they drool and eat their gloves constantly. Of course, I still have to do usual maintenance on my baby such as aquaphor on his whole body. I would recommend the sleeves for babies. I did also get the sleeveless bodysuit for the baby and the PJ set. The sleeveless bodysuit is a pain to put and take off of the baby so I would not recommend. The PJ set would probably work on older kids better since they’re less likely to suck on the hands. My baby would constantly soak them so I would have to take it off a few hours later. For all three of these things, the quality is awesome. There was a loose thread with the PJ set and customer service were able to give me a replacement. Also, wash the sleeves in laundry bags to prevent them from being stretched with other laundry. I didn’t know that and one of the sleeves I ordered was stretched an extra 1-2 inches. But customer service was awesome and helped me get a replacement. 10/10 would and did recommend to friends and family!”
