ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“So glad we came back to these. Used when our 8yo was a baby and very pleased they make for older kids too. Sizing is large though (perhaps this is due to the fact my child is small though)”

“The pyjamas are excellent in high quality soft cotton. The sizes are generous especially in the leg length. However, for slightly older children it would be much better if the sleeves had foldable/retractable mitts and without the image being printed on the front. As these have been issues raised by my 7 year old. It’s also a shame that there is no pyjamas for older children (over the age of 8).”
