“If you know how to install it and have a few DIY skills, this is a good secondary double glazing product. Make sure to measure accurately, the instructions are straightforward.”

“Many years ago I installed Polycell secondary double glazing which has a frame surrounding the glass panels, which I feel would be advantageous. This product does not have this. However, it does work perfectly well, although I think it's a little overpriced for what you get. I did have to spray a silicon lubricant into the tracks to assist operation, which much improved the sliding action. I did buy polycarbonate panels as I felt glass may have worn the lower track prematurely (because of the lack of subframe around the panels). In hindsight sight I should of chosen glass which is more rigid as there is too much flex in the polycarbonate despite it being less than the recommended max. It is very much reliant on the angled supports to help its rigidity. It's important to build an adequate and square wooden subframe to accommodate the glazing unit”
