“Design peeled off randomly after the first wash following all instructions; customer service was great and offered a replacement but the same thing happened again. I guess it's a good purchase if you intend to never put it in the washing machine.”

“Amazing shirt! Had to wait a while considering the backlog of pre-orders were clearly underestimated (but it's Shadow, it honestly shouldn't be a surprise by this point lol) and when it came through, fell in love with it. The print is awesome quality, vibrant, clear and pristine. Loved everything about it. Thankfully, it turned up a few days before I went to the con I wanted it for--very lucky.”

“Bough this item and didn’t receive it for almost a month. The website stated a week wait before the item would be shipped which was fine but then one week turned into a month. With next to no communication from customer services and no offers of any kind of compensation. Really disappointed.”
