“The hoodie itself looks good and is high quality. The sizing is incorrect as I had to exchange for one size smaller even though I checked dimensions before ordering. The reason for the 3 stars is because of how much inconvenience there was with the order. Whoever checked the package I sent for exchange did not see the note so instead of sending another hoodie, they partially refunded me, and I only knew this by email 3 days before I needed it(for an occasion). After emailing customer support they told me if I order another one, they will refund what was charged. I was already going to get the hoodie late, but if I didn't order it again, I'd lose money (Been a week and still haven't received the full refund yet). To make things worse, 2 days after I got the hoodie(the new size fit perfectly), it went on sale for 30% off. I'm not sure if I just got very unlucky here, or if this is how SEGA usually is, but so many things went badly with this order, I'd recommend buying merchandise off a different website if possible since the hoodie itself is very nice.”
