“I found the products enjoyable, in fact didn't taste like diet products. Adding vegetables made them very filling indeed. I haven't weighed myself yet, (weigh once a week on a Saturday morning) but do actually feel as though I am losing weight. The one thing I find very good with the appetite suppressor I haven't craved food or felt hungry.”
