This is a delicious product, the main ingredient being chunks of chicken, and it contains just enough rice to stop you feeling carb-deprived! It's very easy to prepare. I heated it up in a saucepan but it can also be microwaved in under three minutes. I would actually describe the flavour as a very mild chicken curry rather than sweet & sour, but it's very tasty indeed, and has a good long shelf-life (a year). It has less than 20 g carbs per sachet and a respectable 3.6 g fibre. Will be ordering more!

Wasn’t sure what these meals were going to be like but it’s very nice and plenty of chicken. Sauce a little runny so had some vegetables to soak it up.

This meal really feels like you are having a proper dinner and I have this with the family and there is no feeling of being left out at all! Very filling! Proper chicken pieces too, there are ready mades at the supermarket that are not as good as this!

Love it. but be aware, you dont get rice with any of these meals despite being shown on the packet. I just eat mine as is, without any extras. Taste is good, just like from the chinese takeaway but not as bad for you.

My very favourite meal. Its incredibly quick and easy to prepare; just pierce the top a few times and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. What you have at the end of 2 minutes is a delicious filling meal. It really does only take 2 minutes.
