“This is a bit on the sweet side for me but with a few crushed berries or a slice of lemon it's good. Great made into ice lollies,”

“Helps to get the fluids in , like the orange it may seem quite expensive but having variety helps keep the monotony away. If I feel hungry when on the diet I take an extra juice it works for me”
