“The Chocolate flavour shake is my favourite, although having tried the other flavours I always return to the Chocolate shaken properly you end up with a deliciously creamy Chocolate drink. Whilst using it as a Weight Loss Aid I’ve had 3 Shakes a day and upon reaching my target weight have switched to 1/2 Shakes a day plus a low calorie meal. If I’ve needed a little more assistance I’ve used the flavoured powdered appetite suppressant drink. All a good assistance to the Chocolate shake.”
