“Good flavour. Thickens nicely. It will be interesting to see if my use of the scoop is accurate enough to make 14 portions (or whether the last portion will be small). A couple of criticisms - (a) the scoop had buried itself, so I had to tip out the entire contents of the tube into a bowl to find it, and (b) the tube does not say whether or not it is recyclable.”

“tastes ok but do not know if the shakes will work not had time to try out yet really need to be using for about a month at least before writing a review aa couple of days is no good as nothing works that fast”
