“This is one of my favourites and sets the day up nicely. It's not overly sweet, but neither is it bland. I make mine using unsweetened almond soya milk (as I'm following the ketosis plan) and that makes it even nicer!”

“Have made with water and milk now and both time tasted great. Fills you up nicely for breakfast. I have been adding some mixed seeds and either pomegranate or blueberrys to boost it”
