“Invaluable- I would not be enjoying the shakes made from powder and water without the shaker. I add an ice cube or two and always make sure my shakes are cold. You can make up your shake an hour or so In advance and pop into the fridge to chill. I have been on this diet for 12 days now religiously and have lost 9lbs so far.”
