“The ear piece is not large enough to fit snuggly in your ear. Its small and always at risk of falling out of my ear.
Also it is not noise cancelling so I have to have the volume right up to cover outside noises that come into the same ear that the headset is in.
Also the videos on th website are deceptive. Many times people cant understand what Im saying and I have to move to my handset on my phone, and background noises are not blocked out as well as the video portrays.
Other than that the case and charging capacity is terrific”

These are normally fantastic headsets so I am sorry you are not 100% loving it.
Can you try tell your phone to forget the device and try a fresh pair.
Also worth doing a software update on it if you haven't already as well.
