“The Voyager 5200 UC has excellent quality sound so you don't miss a word and a superb microphone so the other party doesn't miss a word. Comfortable to wear all day and can be worn over either ear. Great mobile charging case, keeps you going all day and protects the device if you decide not to wear it and want to carry it in your bag while traveling. Can Bluetooth to multiple devices and can connect to two devices at once. For me, this means I can take a call on either my softphone or mobile phone without having to disconnect from one or the other. I would definitely recommend this product to the busy professional who wants a quality device that is ready to go when you are.”
“I’m still Using the headset although it’s not perfect, I find all the supplied earbud attachments uncomfortable and I’m using the headset without any ear bud attached which is more comfortable but doesn’t create a good seal so it reduces volume & clarity, still it works ok”
“I commute to work by walking to and from the office. I have had lots of complaints about the various headsets i've used in the past about background noise, muffled sound, etc.
The Voyager 5200 is the headset to use. Not only does it pair well with my mobile phone (Samsung Fold) it also is easy to use with my PC. I could pair it with my PC however i choose to just plug in the included USB dongle and it just works.
It also came with the charging case which is nice.

“I'm actually writing this review using my Poly Voyager 5200 UC Bluetooth headset.
Over the years I've had many wired in headsets, but this one is fabulous because I can simply clip it over my ear and talk normally and naturally without tripping over wires and having the boom mike exactly where it needs to be with a normal headset.
I even love the charging station because when I finished talking, I simply take the headset off and pop it in the little box and it charges away ready for another burst.
It's the best thing I've owned in years. Thoroughly recommended and I'm so grateful that Sally recommended this particular unit”
