“Purchased Teams version as work-from-home headset as most work via Teams. After research ordered this upgrade model versus prior headset used at work, compatible with work PC at home. Unit simple plug & play for me (work PC already had Poly app loaded, made my job easy on 1st use as only needed to charge then ready to go, but has easy install instructions). I find Voyager Focus model comfortable as lighter on ears, don't like full over-ear cup headsets as too much pressure for long use. Appreciate easy call connect by just putting on headset, muting by flipping up microphone (with in-ear feedback) & can app for mobile to answer Teams mtg etc. via phone (if need). Chose charge stand so headset has resting cradle (not laying on desk) which plugs into my dock, as alternate also has cable to plug headset directly to PC (if out of charge or need to take elsewhere). Despatched promptly and received within anticipated timeframe, was happy with service.”
“Excellent headset, I have only 2 small gripes that barely warrant a mention, but here they are.
1. If wearing glasses like I do, the boom mic hits them when raising and lowering.
2. The correct position of the mic is really critical. If it's in the lowest position, at the end of its movement range people can't hear me. When I move it up by about 20mm everything is great.
Otherwise, fantastic voice quality, range and battery life. I bought 2, and my wife is extremely happy with hers as well.”
“Very pleased with the purchase. I made a phone purchase as I had a few questions regarding the various models and got all the assistance I needed. Delivery was very fast.
The headset is very good. I've paired it to my PC laptop using the USB dongle and to my MAC connected to Bluetooth, concurrently. Teams on the PC and a DAW on my Mac. Charging is a no-brainer. Audio reception is excellent, I've walked around our good-sized office while on a call and perfect audio.
I use this every day, nearly all day. It sits comfortably on your head. The Mic is great, you can swing it up out of the way and if you're on a call it will mute the call and resume when you reposition it. The only Con I have is that my ears can overheat, hehe, maybe that's just me.”

“This headset is a great compromise of price vs quality. It is comfortable, has great battery life and works seamlessly with the provided BT dongle. The charge stand is a welcome addition. Audio quality when listening to music was surprisingly good (for a headset). I was hoping the ANC would be more effective. Even on the highest setting, you can still hear conversations going on around you. Despite this, the ANC still makes it easier to focus by taking the “edge” off.
If you’re looking for an all rounder office headset with all day battery, you won’t be disappointed.”
